About The Role We are looking for energetic and target-oriented HR Recruiters to join our recruitment team. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, following up with candidates and clients, and successfully closing open positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other channels.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, salary, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and explain job opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment MIS.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for position closures.
- Ensure regular follow-up for offer acceptance and joining.
- Meet assigned recruitment targets and closure targets.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates and clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome; prior recruitment experience is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Comfortable working with recruitment targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals.
- Should be proactive, confident, and result-oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
