We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and ensure timely hiring of suitable candidates across different departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical/management interview rounds.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and track candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interview schedules, documentation, and offer/appointment processes.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Build and maintain a database of suitable candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads/managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Support onboarding activities as required.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in HR/Management or relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
