We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team.

Job Overview

The role involves end-to-end recruitment for Banking & NBFC positions for Panobiz Business Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its clients under the Panobiz payroll model. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, be target-oriented, and be able to manage the complete recruitment cycle while delivering quality hires within timelines.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Banking & NBFC positions.
- Recruit candidates for Panobiz Business Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and for Banking & NBFC clients under the Panobiz payroll model.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, networking, internal databases, job groups, and other cutting-edge sourcing methods. Recruiters should not rely on a single sourcing platform.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure timely closures.
- Submit a minimum of 5 quality profiles per day.
- Achieve a minimum of 8 to 10 successful closures per month while meeting quality and timeline expectations.

Eligibility

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in HR Recruitment.
- Prior experience in Banking, NBFC, or relevant industry hiring is mandatory.
- Experience in bulk/volume hiring is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Multi-language proficiency will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
