Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Prepare and release offer letters and coordinate pre-joining formalities.

- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, offers, and joining.

- Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates.

Requirements:





- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment/HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Management, BBA, or a related discipline.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.

- Positive command of English, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities effectively.

- Proactive, organized, and target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
