Job Title : HR Recruiter Experience: 1-2 years Employment Type: Full Type Working days: 6 days working Job Location: Gurugram, Haryana Roles & Responsibility:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.
- Create and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and company career pages.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate technical and final interviews with hiring managers.
