Position: HR Recruiter Experience: Freshers Location: Chennai Employment Type: Full time Job Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining. Source candidates through Apna, WorkIndia, JobHai, Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals. Screen candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with clients/HR teams. Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection and joining.

Coordinate documentation and joining formalities. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets. Maintain good relationships with candidates and clients. Prepare and share daily recruitment reports.

Requirements: Any Bachelor's degree. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes. Ability to work with recruitment targets. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
