Number of Openings: 3

Job Location: Kalina, Santacruz (approximately a 15-minute walk from Kurla West OR 15-20 Minutes from Santacruz East by BUS)

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Experience in CV screening and candidate shortlisting

Hands-on experience with job portals and recruitment platforms

Roles And Responsibilities Achieving Target of minimum 6 closures in a month (Recruitment).

Job Posting and Manpower Search through portals, references etc.

Screening Sort Listing CV's,



scheduling and conducting Initial Interviews.

Negotiating and Processing offers to shortlisted candidates.

On-Boarding Process (Online Documentation)., Maintaining Employee Documents in order to comply with System Audits.

Orientation of New Employee, HR Induction and Handing over to respective department.

Participation and organising Employee welfare programs.

Making Weekly Progress Reports and Attending weekly HR Meetings.
