Key Requirements

- Minimum

1 year of experience in recruitment

, handling both

IT and Non-IT profiles

- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other recruitment platforms.

- Must be capable of closing at least 2

–3 positions per month

.

- Minimum target of sourcing 15

relevant candidate profiles per day

.

- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients/hiring managers.

- Regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Maintain proper recruitment data and daily activity reports.

Skills Required

- Valuable communication skills (written and verbal).

- Strong candidate sourcing and screening ability.

- Knowledge of IT and Non-IT recruitment.

- Good follow-up and coordination skills.

- Ability to work with monthly hiring targets and deadlines.
