Fermentis Lifesciences (FLS) is a leading contract manufacturing partner for the Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, and health and wellness industries. We manufacture gummies, nutrition bars, powders, capsules, tablets, liquids, and softgels for private-label and custom-formulation needs.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and consultants.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
- Manage offer rollout, joining follow-ups, and candidate engagement.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS reports.

HR Operations
- Support employee onboarding and induction activities
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
- Assist in attendance, leave records,



employee data management, and HR reporting.
- Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
- Coordinate for employee documentation, ID cards, and policy acknowledgements.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate or MBA (HR) preferred.
- 0.5–2 years of experience in Recruitment with exposure to HR Operations.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Nutraceutical, Pharma, FMCG, or similar industries will be preferred.
- Positive communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Hands-on experience in both recruitment and basic HR operations.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proactive, organized, and result-oriented approach.
