We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle IT and Non-IT recruitment
- Source and screen suitable candidates
- Conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to joining
- Maintain candidate records and follow-ups
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
Experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Robust candidate sourcing and follow-up skills
Job Location: Gurugram
Salary: ₹25,000 in-hand/month
