Senior Executive /Senior Analyst - Payroll, Compliance & HR Operations (Contract - 6 Months)

Location: Bengaluru / India

Employment Type: Contractual Role (Fixed Term - 6 Months)- Extension based on performance.

Experience Required: 6 to 9 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with expertise in Indian Payroll, Labour Law Compliance, HR Operations, Benefits Administration, and Vendor Management. The role focus is 60% Payroll & Compliance and 40% HR Operations, Benefits and Vendor Management.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Management (60%)

- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity and statutory requirements.
- Manage CLRA compliance for contract workforce and managing client audits.
- Knowledge of Current wage code, Code on Social Security and all aligned compliances and returns under the Shops & Establishment act.
- Coordinate statutory filings, audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
- Maintain compliance trackers, challans, returns and documentation.
- Drive compliance, governance and risk mitigation.

HR Operations, Benefits & Vendor Management (40%)
- Managing Contractors & Interns Trackers, Extensions & Terminations




- Administer employee benefits programs like Insurance, Sodexo (Pluxee), NPS etc and resolve employee queries.
- Managing employee exit clearances, tracker maintenance.
- Maintain HR records, reports and MIS dashboards.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- New Hire induction sessions to be managed for Employee Benefits.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
- 6 to 9 years of experience in Indian Payroll, Labour Law Compliance and HR Operations.
- Hands-on experience in CLRA compliance and PF management.
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder management skills.
- MS Excel proficiency from Basic to Advanced level including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards and reporting.
- Practical experience in SAP HR/HCM is an added advantage.
