Summary
As an HR Operations professional, you will play a critical role in supervising and managing various aspects of employee data capture, payroll processing, legal proceedings, and compliance management. Your expertise in HR operations, HRMS management, labor law, and payroll administration will be invaluable in ensuring efficient and compliant HR processes within our organization.
1. Supervise and monitor the end-to-end capture of employee data from the point of hire to exit, ensuring accuracy and completeness in our HR Management System (HRMS) Darwin BOX.
2. Oversee the employee induction process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for recent hires. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to provide necessary information, conduct orientation sessions, and facilitate seamless integration into the organization.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors providing background checks, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Address any escalations or issues that arise.
4. Act as a point of contact for employees with grievances regarding insurance claims. Investigate and resolve issues promptly, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements. Coordinate with insurance providers and other relevant parties as needed.

Stay updated on amendments in labor codes and regulations and make necessary changes to HR processes and policies accordingly. Collaborate closely with the Head HR Operation to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
6. Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize SLAs for employee data capture, and day-to-day compliance management. Continuously improve SOPs as directed by the Head of HR Operations.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and projects effectively, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Skill Required
1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Experience in HR operations, including induction, rewards and recognition, and insurance claims.
3. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
4. Familiarity with insurance policies and claims processes.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
7. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
8. Integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
9. Proficiency in HRMS platforms and HR software applications Darwin BOX.
