About The Role We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional to join our team as a Branch Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service, and driving business growth.

As a key representative of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, you will play a vital role in implementing strategic initiatives, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking, branch management, or a similar role is required.

Prior experience working with microfinance or small finance banking is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to analyze financial data are essential. Candidates must demonstrate a customer-centric approach, problem-solving abilities, and a track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence.

Responsibilities





- Lead and manage the daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth functioning and high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Supervise and motivate branch staff, providing training and support to enhance their performance and professional development.

- Build strong relationships with customers and community stakeholders to promote the bank’s services and initiatives.
- Oversee cash management, security procedures, and operational controls to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate product cross-selling and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address customer grievances promptly and effectively to maintain high service standards.
