About the Role
We're on the lookout for a proactive, hands-on HR Operations professional who can keep our people function running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for everything HR — from onboarding and employee relations to policy implementation and day-to-day HR operations across the school.
What You'll Do
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires settle in smoothly.
- Keep employee records, HR files, and compliance documentation accurate and up to date.
- Roll out and reinforce HR policies consistently across departments.
- Coordinate training and development programs to help staff grow.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters with professionalism and care.
- Assist with payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Support performance appraisals and recognition initiatives.
- Champion a positive, engaged workplace culture.
- Stay on top of labor laws and regulatory compliance requirements.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations — experience in schools or educational institutions is a plus.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-moving environment.
