About the Role

ABS Group is looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Rohtak. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition and be comfortable with candidate sourcing, screening, calling, interview coordination, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to client/job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic HR screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Explain job roles, responsibilities, salary, location, and interview process to candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily MIS reports.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Handle multiple vacancies and bulk hiring requirements simultaneously.




- Maintain professional communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team and hiring managers for smooth closures.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment/HR recruitment is mandatory.
- Experience in consulting/staffing recruitment will be preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Robust candidate convincing, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and job portals.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Graduate in any discipline; HR/MBA qualification will be an advantage.
