JOB SUMMARY The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the complete HR function, including recruitment, manpower planning, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, HR policies, statutory compliance, training and employee engagement across corporate and project/site operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage end-to-end HR operations and HR team.

· Handle recruitment and manpower planning for corporate, sales and project/site positions.

· Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation and exit formalities.

· Develop and monitor KPI/KRA and performance appraisal systems.

· Handle employee grievances, discipline and employee relations.

· Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave and employee records.

· Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

· Manage employee engagement, retention and training initiatives.

· Prepare HR MIS,



manpower and attrition reports for management.

· Coordinate with Project Heads and Department Heads for manpower requirements.

· Manage HR policies, SOPs and process improvements.

· Support management in compensation, promotion and workforce planning.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

MBA / PGDM – HR preferred with 6–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Real Estate / Construction, including experience in managing corporate and project/site manpower.
