Role Description The HR Manager (Logistics Experience Preferred) will oversee all core human resources functions for Brahamputra Cargo Carrier Pvt Ltd, with a focus on supporting logistics operations

Key Responsibilities

*Lead end-to-end HR operations for the logistics teams.

*Drive recruitment efforts for both blue- and white-collar roles.

*Ensure compliance with labor laws, including ESI, PF, and payroll systems.

*Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.

*Coordinate training, appraisals, and performance management systems.

*Manage attendance, leave, and HR documentation accurately.





*Support organizational development and policy implementation

Qualifications

- Strong HR management skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance standards, and best practices in workplace safety.
- Proficiency in HR documentation, HRIS or HR-related software, and MS Office tools for reporting and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities, with a collaborative and ethical approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
