Hiring – HR Manager

Location: Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: 10+ Years

Managerial Experience: Minimum 4 Years

Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA

Industry Preference: Manufacturing Industry

Reporting To: Plant Head

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR processes for the plant.
- Handle HR Operations, Talent Acquisition & Recruitment.
- Manage manpower planning, deployment and workforce requirements.
- Ensure statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management and disciplinary matters.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and HR documentation.
- Drive employee engagement, retention and performance management.
- Handle HR activities and manpower requirements for Greenfield Projects.
- Support the setup and implementation of HR systems, policies and processes for the Greenfield Project.




- Coordinate with the Plant Head and management for workforce planning and HR initiatives.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR / Personnel Management.
- 10+ years of overall HR experience with minimum 4 years in a managerial role.
- Strong experience in Plant HR / HR Operations.
- Candidates from Manufacturing Industries will be preferred.
- Robust knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances.
- Excellent manpower handling, communication and leadership skills.
- Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
- Experience in Greenfield Project setup will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
