Job Summary

We are looking for a HR Manager to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR processes. The ideal candidate should be able to handle HR responsibilities independently in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle employee attendance, leave, HR documentation, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain employee records and HR reports.
- Conduct performance reviews and coordinate appraisal processes.
- Handle employee queries, concerns, and workplace issues.
- Manage onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with team leaders and management for manpower requirements.
- Prepare regular HR MIS and reports.
- Support salary revisions, appraisals,



and other HR-related processes.
- Ensure a positive and professional workplace environment.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Preferred

- Experience in an advertising, digital marketing, media, IT, or similar fast-paced company.
- Experience in performance management and employee engagement.
- Previous experience handling HR operations independently.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
