We are looking for an HR – Logistics professional to manage recruitment and employee coordination for logistics-related roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle recruitment for logistics, US trucking, freight brokerage, truck dispatching, and related profiles.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.

- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.

- Manage joining formalities and maintain employee records.

- Handle onboarding, attendance, leave, and day-to-day employee coordination.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate status regularly.

- Coordinate with management regarding hiring requirements and manpower needs.





- Support employees with HR-related queries and concerns.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment, preferably in the Logistics/US Staffing/Trucking domain.

- Positive knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and recruitment targets.

- Basic knowledge of HR documentation, attendance, and employee records.

- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and job portals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
