Role Description The HR Internship at Big Bulls is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

Responsibilities also include helping maintain employee records, supporting onboarding processes, and contributing to the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The intern will aid in administering employee benefits, gathering feedback,



and assisting in personnel management activities such as attendance tracking and basic HR documentation. The role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions and collaboration with the HR team on various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and interest in developing HR Management skills
- Understanding of HR Policies and willingness to assist in their implementation and documentation
- Awareness of Employee Benefits and ability to support related administrative tasks
- Basic Personnel Management skills, including maintaining records and handling HR-related documentation
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort working with spreadsheets and HR-related tools
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality
