Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and other channels.

- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business teams.

- Manage recruitment for Sales, Collection, Credit, Operations, and Branch roles.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily MIS.

- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per defined TAT.

- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

- Manage offer negotiation and joining formalities.

- Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.

- Positive knowledge of recruitment portals.

- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.

- NBFC/BFSI recruitment experience preferred.

Qualification

Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
