Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews
Support onboarding and documentation processes
Maintain employee databases and records
Assist in organizing training sessions and HR activities
Support in drafting HR policies and communicationsParticipate in campus drives and hiring events
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
Who Can Apply?
Positive communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic knowledge of HR functions or interested in the HR field
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn and take initiative
