About The Role Suffolk Global is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to establish and scale people operations in its Bengaluru office. This pivotal role is responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and ongoing people programs.

The successful candidate will work closely with Suffolk’s U.S.-based HR team and external partners to implement HR policies, talent strategies, and operational processes. As the organization expands, this role will evolve to shape long-term HR strategies, develop internal capabilities, and transition key HR functions in-house. The ideal candidate is a collaborative,



proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and can foster strong partnerships across global teams.

This role offers a unique opportunity to build the foundational HR framework for a rapidly growing organization while preparing for broader HR leadership responsibilities as Suffolk Global continues to expand.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. They should have between 6 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record in supporting employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, and talent acquisition.

A thorough understanding of Indian employment laws and HR best practices is essential. The candidate must have experience partnering with business leaders and cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, combined with high professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, is critical.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM is required.

Experience working with a Global Capability Center (GCC), multinational organizations, or high-growth companies is highly preferred. Familiarity with HR systems, outsourced HR service providers, and scaling HR operations in a growing organization will be advantageous.

Responsibilities HR Operations & Employee Experience:

- Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for the Suffolk Global India office, managing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Oversee employee records, benefits administration, leave management, and ensure a seamless onboarding and orientation process.




- Act as a trusted resource for employees, responding to HR inquiries and fostering a positive employee experience.
- Support performance management processes, employee development initiatives, talent reviews, and engagement programs.
- Maintain accurate HR data and documentation across HR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

HR Strategy & Business Partnership

- Collaborate closely with U.S.-based HR partners, business leaders, and external vendors to execute HR programs and organizational initiatives.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and best practices tailored to the India office.
- Identify opportunities for standardization, process improvements, and internal capability development as the organization scales.
- Support workforce planning, organizational growth, and strategic people initiatives aligned with business goals.

Compliance & Governance

- Ensure adherence to Indian labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, payroll, and external partners to maintain compliance and proper employee administration.
- Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Office Operations & Workplace Experience

- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a safe, productive, and engaging work workplace.
- Coordinate with facilities, IT, security, and third-party vendors to support office needs.
- Manage workspace readiness, access control, visitor management, and administrative services.
- Plan and execute employee events, town halls, and team activities to strengthen office culture and employee engagement.
