HR Intern – Recruitment & HR Operations

Infinity Crest Group Private Limited is hiring HR Interns who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and gaining hands-on experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations.

Job Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and job portals
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Prepare and maintain recruitment-related records
- Assist with HR documentation and employee coordination
- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities
- Gain practical exposure to the end-to-end hiring process

Candidate Requirements
- Any Graduate / MBA HR / MSW / BBA / B.Com or related qualification
- Freshers and students are welcome to apply
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Interest in Recruitment and Human Resources
