Role Description

- The HR Generalist (Delhi NCR) at Atomic Computing is a full-time, in office role focused on supporting day-to-day HR operations across the organization.
- This role involves administering HR policies, managing employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, and coordinating performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- The HR Generalist will oversee benefits administration, assist with compensation-related processes, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Daily responsibilities include responding to employee queries, maintaining HR documentation, supporting HR data reporting, and collaborating with managers to address workforce needs.
- The role requires close coordination with regional and global HR stakeholders to align local practices with Atomic’s broader HR strategy.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management,



with the ability to handle core HR operations and support organizational objectives.
- Strong understanding of HR Policies and their implementation, including adherence to local labor regulations and company guidelines.
- Hands-on experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, ensuring accurate enrollment, communication, and issue resolution.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams and levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR management systems and basic data reporting using tools such as Excel or similar platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.
- Experience working in tech, consulting, or cloud/AI-focused environments is beneficial, along with familiarity with multinational or cross-border teams.
- Ability to work with strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
