Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-savvy HR Fresher to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential candidates, explaining our Paid Training + Internship Programs, handling queries, and supporting the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Explain available Paid IT Training + Internship Programs and their perks.
- Understand candidates’ career interests and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain candidate records and update follow-up status regularly.




- Coordinate with the training/HR team for the enrollment and onboarding process.
- Handle candidate queries professionally and build a positive relationship.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly enrollment targets.
- Maintain proper communication and follow-up with all prospective candidates.

Requirements:

- Fresher with valuable communication skills.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR/recruitment processes.
- Comfortable with calling and candidate follow-ups.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets is preferred.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
