We are looking for an HR Executive – Recruitment who will be responsible for hiring candidates for various positions within the company. The candidate will work under the guidance of the HR and will get practical exposure to the complete recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates.
- Assist in closing positions and completing joining formalities.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR/Recruitment.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and job portals.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
