About the Company

Bestinn Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is a growing hospitality organization managing 15+ hotels across South India. We are seeking a agile and result-oriented HR Executive – Recruitment to support our talent acquisition efforts and help build high-performing teams across our hotel and corporate operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and hotel operations.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring dashboards.
- Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Support campus recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and recruitment events.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.

Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in Hospitality, Hotels, Restaurants, Retail, Healthcare, Aviation, BPO, or other service industries will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
