Job Responsibilities
Ensure HR compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Maintain employee records and compliance documentation.
Handle HR audits and prepare compliance-related reports.
Coordinate with internal departments for statutory and legal compliance.
Monitor labor law compliance and maintain required registers.
Support HR operations related to compliance activities.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Compliance is mandatory.
Candidates with only Recruitment experience, please do not apply.

Valuable knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
