1. Implement and execute HR policies and procedures in alignment with company guidelines and local labor laws.Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and basic HR software/HRMS.
2. Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
3. Coordinate and conduct employee orientation and induction programs to ensure a smooth transition for recent hires.
4. Administer employee benefits programs and resolve employee queries related to compensation, leave, and other HR-related matters.
5. Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
6. Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and employee development plans.
7. Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations,
and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
8. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and company-wide events to foster a positive work culture and employee satisfaction.
9.Ability to manage HR as well as administrative responsibilities independently.
