Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, documentation, and recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
- Assist in recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR documents, and attendance data.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS using MS Excel.
- Handle employee queries and coordinate with employees regarding HR-related matters.
- Prepare and maintain documents, letters, and reports using MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
- Support management in various HR activities and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure proper maintenance of HR records and documentation.

Qualification & Experience
- MBA (HR):



1 year experience
- PGDM (HR): 1–3 years experience

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint (PPT)
- Valuable English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines

Preferred Candidate
- Good communication and professional attitude
- Robust coordination and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Candidates who can join at the earliest will be preferred

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
