Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, including documentation, verification, offer/appointment letters, and joining formalities.

- Assist in monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payroll data.

- Maintain and manage employee payroll records and HR data.

- Handle hiring for OTR and UTR requirements.

- Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews based on job requirements.

- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

- Prepare, maintain, and verify HR agreements, employee documents, and other employment-related paperwork.

- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all employees.

- Support HR operations, attendance management, and employee-related queries.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and HR processes.





- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee and payroll information.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1-2 years of experience in HR/HR Operations/Recruitment.

- Good knowledge of payroll processing and payroll data management.

- Robust understanding of employee onboarding and HR documentation.

- Experience in candidate screening and recruitment coordination.

- Basic knowledge of employment agreements and HR-related documentation.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic HR systems.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
