Responsibilities

North Mac High School is seeking a highly qualified candidate to fulfill the responsibilities of Assistant Soccer Coach. The Assistant Coach:

Supports and promotes the school’s mission and vision.
Provides leadership in the soccer program and builds cooperative, effective relationships with all stakeholders.
Is an effective communicator, organized and is a positive motivator, devoting time and energy to the program.
Helps to promote the program’s philosophy, techniques, strategies, and style at all levels in order to have a cohesive program for student-athletes.
Models, encourages, and teaches appropriate conduct from all participants of the softball program.
Completes tasks and duties as assigned and is available to assist with soccer activities in and out of season.
