We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who wants to build practical experience in recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with joining formalities and onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain HR-related documents and records.
- Support employee engagement and HR activities.
- Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information.
Requirements
- Pursuing MBA/PGDM/BBA in HR or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
- Freshers and candidates with internship experience can apply.
