Role Description The HR Client Relation role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. This role is responsible for managing HR-related interactions with clients, understanding their talent and HR needs, and coordinating appropriate solutions in alignment with studio policies and practices. Day-to-day tasks include handling client inquiries on HR processes, supporting employee onboarding and documentation for client-linked projects, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment standards.

The role also involves maintaining accurate personnel records, assisting with employee benefits queries,



and facilitating communication between internal teams and client stakeholders. The HR Client Relation skilled will help strengthen client relationships through proactive support, timely issue resolution, and clear, professional communication.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) with the ability to manage HR operations and client-facing HR activities.
- Experience in HR Management and Personnel Management, including handling employee lifecycle processes and maintaining HR documentation.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, with the ability to explain and implement them in line with organizational and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi and manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with HRIS or related HR tools and MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an agency, consulting, or design studio environment is beneficial.
