- Assist in day-to-day HR activities for showroom and service workshop.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave, and employee-related data.
- Support recruitment, interview scheduling, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain daily/monthly HR MIS and reports.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.
- Assist in payroll inputs, attendance data, and salary-related information.
- Maintain records of employee joining, resignation, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
- Support statutory compliance and documentation as required.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Ensure proper filing and updating of all HR records.

- Positive organizational and documentation skills.
- Automobile/2-wheeler dealership HR experience will be an advantage.
Education Graduate in any discipline.
HR/MBA-HR preferred.
