Role & responsibilities

- Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination and HR operations.

- Support Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube and multi-channel campaigns.

- Assist with SEO/SEM, keyword research, website optimization and Google Analytics.

- Support social media posts, ad creatives and video campaigns.

- Assist with ROI tracking, conversion optimization, A/B testing and budget management.

- Work with tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics and Canva.

- Support team mentoring, project coordination, client communication and strategy execution.

- Maintain trackers, reports and ensure timely follow-ups.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Solid coordination, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Creative mindset with willingness to learn.

- Ability to multitask and work independently.

- Basic understanding of HR and digital marketing concepts.
