Objective of the role:

HR Recruiter will find and hires staff for all hotel departments, manages job postings, screens resumes, and conducts interviews to ensure the property is fully staffed with guest-focused talent.

Location : Mira Bhayandar. Only Mumbai candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Write clear job ads and post open roles (Front Office, F&B;, Housekeeping, Maintenance) on job portals, social media, and hospitality networks.
- Review resumes, conduct phone or in-person screens, and evaluate candidates for cultural fit.
- Run background checks and call past employers,
- Update the worker database, log time off, and track attendance.
- Manage joining formalities, offer letters, orientation, and initial paperwork for new hires.




- Assist HR Manager with the hiring process, including submitting job postings online and scheduling candidate interviews
- Keep accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) data, employee files, and track local labor law compliance with consultant.

Qualification & Skills:

- Associate degree in HR-related field required (Bachelor’s preferred)
- 1 years’ related recruitment experience

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
