– Housekeeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and allocate daily duties to housekeeping staff.
- Monitor cleanliness of classrooms, offices, hostels, washrooms, corridors, common areas, and other university facilities.
- Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Conduct regular inspections and address cleanliness-related issues promptly.
- Maintain attendance, duty rosters, and performance records of housekeeping staff.
- Ensure adequate availability and proper use of cleaning materials, equipment, and consumables.
- Coordinate with maintenance and facility teams for cleaning-related requirements.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and workplace safety.
- Handle complaints related to housekeeping services and ensure timely resolution.




- Monitor proper waste collection, segregation, and disposal practices.
- Ensure housekeeping staff follow safety, discipline, and university policies.
- Prepare daily/weekly housekeeping reports for management.
- Support cleanliness drives, university events, seminars, and special functions
- Eligibility
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, facility management, hospitality, hospital, educational institution, or similar workplace.
- Experience in a large campus/university or institutional setup will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,957.49 - ₹25,248.46 per month
