Job Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, utensils, and storage areas.

- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.

- Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic cleaning and kitchen duties.

- Dispose of garbage properly and maintain clean waste areas.

- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and cleaning standards.

- Ensure cleaning supplies are properly stored and available.

- Help with receiving and storing kitchen supplies when required.

- Maintain a clean and organized back-of-house area at all times.

Requirements

- Previous kitchen stewarding experience is preferred but not mandatory.

- Good hygiene and cleanliness habits.

- Physically fit and comfortable working in a busy kitchen.

- Punctual, hardworking, and reliable.

- Able to work as part of a team.

- Willing to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays.

We are looking for someone hardworking, disciplined, and serious about maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
