House manager

- Household Food preparation: Make sure food is prepared and fresh at discussed meal times.

- Household operations: Organizing daily routines, maintaining household standards, managing supplies, and ensuring rooms and common areas are properly maintained.

- Staff management: Hiring, scheduling, supervising, and coordinating housekeepers, nannies, gardeners, drivers, chefs, and other domestic staff.

- Cleaning & maintenance oversight: Monitoring cleaning standards, arranging repairs, scheduling preventive maintenance, and coordinating contractors and service providers.

- Household purchasing: Ordering groceries, cleaning products, toiletries, linens, household equipment, and other supplies while monitoring inventory.

- Vendor management: Scheduling and supervising plumbers, electricians, landscapers, pest-control companies, security providers, and other vendors.

- Financial administration: Tracking household expenses, reviewing invoices, maintaining receipts, managing petty cash, and sometimes preparing household budgets or expense reports.





- Homeowner support: Managing calendars, appointments, deliveries, reservations, errands, and special requests, depending on the position.

- Guest services: Preparing the residence for guests, coordinating accommodations and meals, and ensuring visitors receive appropriate hospitality.

- Events & entertaining: Assisting with dinners, parties, celebrations, and other events, including vendors, catering, setup, and cleanup.

- Security & access: Managing keys, alarm systems, visitor/vendor access, and household security procedures.

- Travel & seasonal preparation: Preparing the home before the family leaves or returns, packing/unpacking when required, and coordinating secondary residences.

- Confidentiality: Protecting the family's privacy, personal information, schedules, finances, and household affairs.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
