Role Description The Hostel Warden is responsible for the day-to-day management, safety, and well-being of hostel residents on the school campus. This full-time, on-site role in Aurangabad includes supervising student discipline, maintaining a secure and orderly hostel environment, and overseeing daily routines such as attendance, lights-out, and meal times. The role involves addressing student concerns, fostering a supportive and inclusive living atmosphere, and communicating regularly with school administration and families as needed.

The Hostel

Warden coordinates with housekeeping, security,



and maintenance teams to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper functioning of hostel facilities. The position also requires maintaining records, enforcing hostel policies, and assisting during school events, holidays, and emergencies.

- Strong supervision and student-care skills, with the ability to manage groups of young residents and maintain a safe, respectful environment.
- Organizational and administrative abilities, including record-keeping, scheduling, and coordination with school departments.
