Intern / Junior Associate | International Partnerships & Collaborations

Gold Coast Films is looking for a smart, proactive Intern / Junior-level professional who is interested in building a career in Hospitality, Tourism, Travel Trade and International Destination Marketing.

Gold Coast Films currently executes 4 International Creator FAMs every month, bringing together lifestyle and fashion creators to experience and create content across international destinations.

We are looking for someone who can help us build the hospitality and tourism partnerships that make these FAMs possible.

You will work with us to identify, approach and build relationships with:

? International Hotel Groups & Hotel Brands

? Tourism Boards / DMOs / Destination Marketing Organisations

What will you do

?

- Develop hospitality and tourism partnerships for our International Creator FA

M
- Research international destinations, hotel groups and tourism ecosyste m
- Identify potential B2B partnership and collaboration opportunitie s
- Reach out to hotels, tourism boards, DMCs and representation companie s
- Build and maintain relationships with international partner s
- Develop partnership proposals and collaboration idea s
- Coordinate meetings, presentations and follow-up s
- Maintain a strong database of international hospitality & tourism contac t
- Work with the creative team to develop destination-led content and creator collaboratio n
- Help turn conversations into real partnerships,



hosted experiences and international project s

We are looking for someone who is

:

Smart. Disciined . Well-organised. And genuinely interested in the travel & hospitality industry

.

You should have

:

- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication and relationship-building skill s
- An interest in Hospitality, Tourism, Travel Trade and Destination Marketin g
- Good research and presentation skill s
- Confidence in communicating with international busines s
- A commercial mindset and an ability to identify opportunitie s
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- The curiosity to understand how the global hospitality ecosystem work s

Previous experience is not mandatory
