Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and student-friendly Hostel Warden to manage the day-to-day functioning of the school hostel. The Warden will be responsible for student safety, discipline, well-being, accommodation management, and coordination with parents, teachers, and school management.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise students and maintain discipline within the hostel.

- Monitor daily routines, attendance, meals, study hours, and activities.

- Ensure student safety, security, hygiene, and well-being.

- Handle student concerns and coordinate with parents and school management.

- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, catering, and maintenance staff.

- Maintain hostel records, attendance, inventory, and incident reports.

- Ensure compliance with hostel rules and safety protocols.

- Handle emergencies and report issues promptly to management.

Requirements

- Graduate with 2–5 years of relevant hostel/residential school experience.

- Good communication, patience, discipline, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work flexible schedule and manage students responsibly.

- Residential experience preferred.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
