You’ll work across existing properties, major transformations, and ground-up projects and see your ideas go from:

- Develop concepts, mood boards, layouts, palettes, and complete design direction
- Design memorable bedrooms, gathering spaces, game rooms, theaters, wellness areas, and outdoor experiences
- Source furniture, lighting, finishes, artwork, décor, fixtures, and materials
- Balance ?????? + ?????????? + ?????? + ????????????
- Create clear shopping lists, layouts, specifications, and visual direction for our on-site teams




- Collaborate remotely with construction and operations teams through implementation and final styling
- Help develop a recognizable ?????? ??????? design language as we grow

- Have an exceptional design eye and strong visual instincts
- Find inspiration in hotels, restaurants, vacation rentals, architecture, and experiential spaces
- Can turn inspiration into something original - not simply copy Pinterest
- Understand color, scale, texture, lighting, and spatial composition
- Know how to make spaces ???? ????????? without always spending expensively
- Are resourceful with sourcing and comfortable working within budgets
- Can design remotely using floor plans, measurements, photos, and videos
- Have ?????? ????????????? ?????? and can clearly explain your ideas and provide direction that remote teams, contractors, and vendors can execute
- Move quickly, take ownership, solve problems, and welcome feedback

Hospitality experience is valuable, but your ?????, ??????????, ??????????????? & ??????? ?? ??????? matter more to us than years on your résumé.
