Role Description The Homoeopathic Repertory Researcher will be responsible for researching, validating, and organizing homoeopathic repertory data to support the clinical decision-making tools within HelloHomeo.in. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing materia medica and repertories, mapping symptoms to remedies, updating rubrics, and collaborating with the product and technical teams to ensure accurate integration of clinical content into the software.



The role also involves preparing documentation, contributing to clinical guidelines, and supporting quality assurance for repertory-related features.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagercoil.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in homoeopathic principles, materia medica, and repertory use in clinical practice.
- Ability to conduct systematic clinical and literature research, including data verification and evidence-based analysis.
- Competence in organizing and structuring medical information, with attention to detail and consistency.
- Basic familiarity with medical or clinical software, digital tools, and comfort working with databases or structured content.
- Excellent written communication skills for preparing clinical notes, guidelines, and internal documentation.
- BHMS or equivalent homoeopathic qualification from a recognized institution; additional training in research or informatics is an advantage.
- Experience in clinical practice, teaching, or homoeopathic research is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to a technology-driven work environment.
