Job Summary
We are hiring Key Account Managers for Open Market Home Loan Sales. The role involves lead generation through real estate builders and connectors and managing the complete loan process till disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate Home Loan/LAP leads from the open market.
- Develop relationships and tie-ups with builders and connectors.
- Maintain strong channel partner relationships for regular lead generation.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan solutions.
- Handle the end-to-end process from sourcing and documentation to sanction and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Manage customer relationships throughout the loan journey.
