Baba Holidays is looking for a smart, articulate and customer-focused qualified who can become an important point of contact for our holiday clients.

This is not purely a sales role and not purely an operations role.

You will understand client requirements, communicate with them confidently, coordinate with our internal holiday and operations teams, follow up on enquiries and help ensure that every client receives the right travel solution and a smooth experience.

We can teach destinations, systems and travel processes.

What matters more to us is communication, empathy, ownership, judgement and the ability to solve problems.

What You'll Do:

Communicate with clients through calls, WhatsApp and email

Understand travel requirements, preferences and budgets

Assist clients in selecting suitable holiday options

Coordinate internally for quotations, itineraries, hotels and other travel services

Follow up professionally on genuine enquiries and help convert them into confirmed bookings

Keep clients updated throughout the planning and booking process

Handle client concerns calmly and work towards practical solutions

Coordinate with the operations team after confirmation to ensure a smooth handover

Maintain proper client records and follow-ups

Gradually develop strong knowledge of destinations,



hotels and travel products

Who We're Looking For:

Excellent spoken and written English ( Non Negotiable )

Warm, confident and professional communication

Strong listening and interpersonal skills

Ability to understand a client's actual requirement rather than simply take an order

Good follow-up and organisational skills

Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, MS Office and basic computer systems

Responsible, dependable and comfortable taking ownership

Ability to remain composed while handling problems or demanding clients

Experience in travel, hospitality, hotels, airlines, customer relations, relationship management or consultative sales will be preferred.

Travel-industry experience is not mandatory for an exceptional candidate with strong communication and customer-handling ability.

What We Are "NOT" Looking For

This role may not be suitable for someone who prefers purely back-office work or is uncomfortable regularly communicating with clients.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
