Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

- Understand customers' travel requirements, preferences, and budgets.

- Suggest and explain suitable holiday packages, destinations, hotels, sightseeing, and other travel services.

- Prepare and share quotations and itineraries with customers.

- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute towards team revenue.

- Coordinate with the operations and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.

- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities.

- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Candidates currently pursuing their 3rd year of graduation may also apply.





- Freshers are welcome; candidates with experience in travel, tourism, holiday sales, or customer service will be preferred.

- Good English communication skills – both verbal and written.

- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.

- Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.

- Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.

- Basic computer and internet skills.

- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

- Willingness to learn about travel destinations, holiday packages, and travel products.

- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

- Should be comfortable communicating with customers over phone and email.

- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
